Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

Please see "Steps to Reproduce" below.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) In Firefox, press Ctrl-I, to bring up the bookmarks sidebar.
2) Right click on any bookmark. Observe that cut, copy, paste & delete are all
active. Select "Copy".
3) In the bookmarks "Search:" field, enter a search term that will find matches
(e.g. the letter "e").
4) Right click on any bookmark. Observe that Cut, copy & delete are now inactive.

Note that without step 2 (the first copy), this works OK. Also without step 3
(applying the search term), this also works OK.
Actual Results:
Cut, copy & delete become inactive.

Expected Results:
Cut, copy & delete should remain active.

I think the steps to reproduce can be:
* Simplified slightly (in step 2, selecting "copy" is not necessary - all that's
needed is to right-click to bring up the popup menu, but it appears that no
action actually needs to be selected from that popup menu)
* The problem can be broadened slightly, to include the "Properties" menu item,
as well as cut, copy, and delete (i.e. "Properties" is also greyed out).

I.e. Steps to Reproduce can now read as follows:
1) In Firefox, press Ctrl-I, to bring up the bookmarks sidebar.
2) Right click on any bookmark. Observe that cut, copy, paste, delete &
properties are all active.
3) In the bookmarks "Search:" field, enter a search term that will find matches
(e.g. the letter "e").
4) Right click on any bookmark. Observe that cut, copy, delete & properties are
now inactive.
