In a mail with a huge amount (120 in this case) the pane with the attachements
blocks the view on the mail. It neither contains a scrollbar so you could see
all attachements, nor can it be resized in order to see the mail. 

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
- attachement-panel should have scrollbars
- it should be resizable in respect to the mail-display
