Details

steps:
1. load the edit a keyword page (e.g. fixed1.7)
2. change the description, but *not* the 
3. click update

actual results:
Update keyword
	  	
Keyword fixed1.7 updated.

After you have finished deleting or modifying keywords, you need to rebuild the
keyword cache.
Warning: on a very large installation of Bugzilla, this can take several minutes.

expected results:
no mention of the keyword cache since changing the description doesn't affect it.
