username/password fields sometimes don't respond to keyboard actions.

When I load the above page, by default the cursor is in "Email Address field" 
and when I try to use the tab or click the mouse in password field, it is 
taking a long time to get the cursor there (in the password filed)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
But the problem can be temporarily solved if I right click the mouse elsewhere 
on the form and then click the mouse in password field.  


Is there any permanent solution/patch for this problem? Pl advice

I don't understand your problem, nor can I reproduce it. Please provide detailed
steps to reproduce with clear descriptions of actual and expected results. If
possible, please test with a build from
<http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/> to see if
the problem still appears in development builds of Firefox.
