281008 - Won't Install- "Can't find specified file"

When I download the Firefox 1.0 file and doubleclick on it, I get an error 
message that says, "Can't find the specified file."  I have tried downloading 
it several times.  I downloaded it on another computer this morning and it 
installed fine.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download the install file for Firefox 1.0
2.Double click on it.
3.Get error message stating "Can't find the specified file."  

Actual Results:  
Got the error message...sigh...

Expected Results:  
Install properly.

Can this be reproduced with 1.5.0.4?
