I have similary problems. The grouping does not work logically is some cases. Eg. see the attached screenshot. Yesterday the 2nd and the 3rd mail was in the Today section. Now, as you can see, the 3rd message moved to Last week section. Why is that? How Thunderbird consider these times? Which time counts? Sent date? Received date? Download date? The screenshot was taken at 12.15 JST (GMT+9) on May 1, 2005, the first and the third mail was sent from EU (GMT+2,DST) and the second from Mexico (GMT-7). I do not know whether it is matters, but strange. I cannot reproduce, but this funny grouping situation happens quite a lot of times. My Thunderbird version is 1.0.2. Zoltan
