When i press the F5 button more then one time, the table borders dont show. I
have this Problem only with Mozilla and Firefox, with Netscape and Internet
Explorer it works perfect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.slsag.com
2. by hitting F5 several times the border of the table dont show
3. You shoud see that the borders somtimes dont shown

First time its loaded i dont see the border, reloading shows them. Trunk build
20050202 Windows XP.

Noticed some of the box's border appear at first then temporary dissappear
during rendering then reappear once it's done with the testcase.  When pressing
F5 once or twice, the way it render is just the same as the first one and no
difference is noticeable.  This is for Win2000 using Moz Build #2005032105.  So,
WinXP only bug??

Yeah, this is a dupe of bug 208387.
It does not only happen while hitting F5.
