Hi,

It is possible to import my favourites from Windows/IE. I would also like the
possibility to export my Mozilla Firefox bookmarks to Windows, so I may start
them up directly from the Start Menu, instead of having to enter Firefox first,
then accessing the bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start up firefox.
2. Go to bookmarks -> maintenance (I'm not using the English version, so bear
with me if this is called differently than I'm guessing here).
3. Choose file -> export.
4. There is no option for exporting to Windows/IE.

Actual Results:
The option requested is missing.

Expected Results:
I would have liked an option to export to Windows/IE.

I checked for an earlier request for this enhancement under "bookmarks
migration", but didn't find anything.
We provide a generic export function that is recognized by most/all major
browsers. This is another story, this is creating a bunch of code implementing
support for exporting in a proprietary format. There are apps out there that do
this, apparently, but its not going to be a core function for Firefox.
