When downloading a very large file of unknown size, the Firefox Downloads window
will overflow at some point and display negative values. When downloading a
SUSE Linux ISO form the above address - a 3.1 Gig file - the download meter
overflowed and ended up negative. The exact download used from the link above is:
ftp://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/linux/distributions/suse/i386/9.2/iso/SUSE-Linux-9.2-FTP-DVD.iso

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a large file from an FTP server that does not report the file size
2. Wait a bit...
Actual Results:
The download window progress meter overflowed resulting in negative numbers
showing. (attachment to come)

Expected Results:
The download progresses as expected, accurately reporting download speed and KB
downloaded so far.
Problem is the size is > 2 GB
