The password manager doesn't offer a stored user name and password until the
page has completely loaded, including all graphics, etc.  This seems
unnecessary; once the body of the page has loaded, it has all the information it
needs.  On sites that reference slow web bugs, ads, etc., it would save
significant time and confusion if the password were offered right away.
