 installed Bugzilla the bug tracking tools to my system. I installed
it on windows2000 and iam able to use it. All of a sudden i want enter
new product because i dont want to use test product then i deleted
test product and entered new product called online shopping ,but then
i got a problem that there are no products in database or access is
not there for user.

Then in trying to give access ,i clicked ok all the items present in
preferences list
now iam unable to login it is giving me
software error: Can't open sendmail at Bugzilla/BugMail.pm line 870.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (admin@credosys.local),
giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

the funny thing here is iam the administrator and iam entirely new to
it and now iam unable to use it.

plz, solve my problem and give me exact answer to solve this problem.
