Mozilla Firefox is unable to open files which include non-ASCII characters in
their names.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. The only thing needed to reproduce the bug is to try to open a file whith any
non-ASCII character in his name, like "á", "é", "í", etc.
Actual Results:
A message is shown saying that the file is not found/does not exist, showing
also the name of that file, but with incorrect characters instead of the
non-ASCII ones.
Expected Results:
Firefox should had opened the file.
