expiration time should be replaced if the cookie is about to be deleted

When the cookie allowing dialog box shows to ask the user wheter to allow a
cookie going to be deleted, then the expiration time should be replaced with
text "deleted" or something similar.

And maybe if a cookie has short lifetime showing the "time left" before deleting
is more representative than a date.
I mean there should be shown someting like this: "Cookie expiration: 5 minutes
left."

The build that this bug is reported on is very old and many changes have been
made since then. Please reopen if you can still reproduce the bug on a recent build.
