In the bookmark list, seperators are expected to be a "soft" boundry between
groups of bookmarks.  These appear to be ignored when you attempt to use the
"Sort Folder by Name" menu item, and are instead treated like the other items in
the list - things to be sorted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Bookmark Manager by pressing CTRL-B.  
2.Ensure that at you have at least one seperator in the list of bookmarks.
3.Click on any bookmark in he folder you want to sort (It won't sort if you have
 a seperator selected) and activate the "Sort Folder by Name" Menu item
(Shortcut: ^N).  
Actual Results:  
The entire folder is sorted.  Folders appear at the top of the list, seperators
appear in one group after the folders, with the rest of the sorted bookmarks
following.

Expected Results:  
The seperators should maintain their position.  In addition, bookmarks should
not be sorted in a way that causes it to jump over such a seperator. (i.e. they
serve as sorting boundries.)  

P.S. I've considered this to be an enhancement, but given Bug 209355, I suspect
that the sorting feature was rushed too quickly and needs to be fixed as if it
were buggy or faulty.  In addition, it's fairly easy to trigger as well, thus
messing up your well organized bookmarks.

Confirmed. Just lost all my separators and it sorted all my bookmarks and
folders in my list.
