Confirming bug 251384 (cursor dissapears), even with no characters typed.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Select "Write" from the Thunderbird tool bar.
2.  Type in any field.
3.

Actual Results:  
The cursor will shut off after a short pause, reappearing only when typing resumes.

Expected Results:  
Continual cursor blinking.

I wish every bug-report mentioned the bug that it's a duplicate of. This makes
triaging bugs so much easier :-)

If this is a confirmation of bug 251384 why are you creating a new bug instead
of confirming the one over there? You are just duplicating it now which is,
quite frankly, pointless.
