I think it would be a nice feature to add a checkbox for ALL DAY TASK in the NEW
TASK dialog for Sunbird.

For example when adding a Task for 2/8/2006, checking the box would result in:

Setting the start date to: 2/8/2006 12:00AM
Setting the due date to: 2/9/2006 12:00AM

A check box like this already exists in the NEW EVENTS dialog. Not sure why it
would have been overlooked for the NEW TASK dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Sunbird
2.Go to FILE > NEW TASK...
3.Compare with FILE > NEW EVENT...
Actual Results:  
There is no THIS EVENT LASTS ALL DAY check box for the NEW TASK dialog.

Expected Results:  
Displayed a THIS EVENT LASTS ALL DAY check box for the NEW TASK dialog.

I believe this is a very important feature and find it very annoying that a time must be set.

Virtually every other program that I've used that has tasks allows you to create tasks due on a particular date without having to set a time - for many, if not most, this is the default action, while adding a specific time is option.

Tasks are generally due by a specific date whereas events happen at a specific time.
