Upon review of the comments already applied to this Bug Report, I have tried to
open it several ways to include a new window, and a new tab I was unable to
replicate. The second hyperlink included I also tried to open by right clicking
into a new tab and new window, unable to replicate.

Leetz - If you can give more details to the problem (Stating that it does not
pop-up is fine, but is it doing anything else, are you getting an error or
anything like that)

Joseph - I want to believe its a server side problem. Please see my comments above.

- Waterhead
download.nullsoft.com *randomly* serves the file as interface/x-winamp-skin or
text/plain. When it serves the file as interface/x-winamp-skin, a download
dialog appears. When it serves the file as text/plain, it is rendered in the
browser.

Invalid: Firefox does the right thing for each mime type.
