28125 - Crash on attempt to create new profile in non-default folder

Steps to reproduce:
1) Delete mozregistry (in any) and launch Seamonkey to bring up Profile Manager 
   dialog.
2) Click next and click Change Folder...
3) Select any folder in directory and click OK

==> Crash. StackTrace N/A at this time (Talkback malfunction?)
    Win32 specific (02-15-10-M14).

I can reproduce this bug with 2000-02-19-09 on Linux.

Bug #28582 is a duplicate of this bug.

I encountered this bug in Linux. I uncompressed the tar.gz w/talkback in
/home/g4ivan/mozilla.

I then cd'd to /home/g4ivan/mozilla/package and ran 'run-mozilla.sh ./mozilla-bin'.

Then when I tried to change the folder for my profile to /home/g4ivan mozilla
segfaulted.
