'Attach file' window display only files with extension

In other words, if you want to attach a file symply called 'ksymoops' the 
'attach file' window won't show its name when to going to its directory, but you 
can type his name and it will be attached.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. touch /tmp/plop
2. Make an new mail, click on 'attach', go to /tmp
3. you will only see files with extensions, but not 'plop'

Actual Results:  
Files without extensions are not displayed

Expected Results:  
Files with extensions are displayed
