please this message completely so that u can understand weather it is a bug or not.
iam unable to login into my account in local host and the main thing is iam the
administrator  . if i want to go for parameters atleast i should login to my
account.

the main thing is iam the administrator i went through the documents in bugzilla
but i didnt find the answer.

the error message is :

not logining into my local host

Expected Results:  
should login

previously i got an bug in bugmail .pm as a software error then i modified code
in bugmail.pm to not to open mail only to close it . now iam getting this error
. so plz recoginize this as a bug and plz solve it . dont just send mail that to
see the document of bugzilla. iam repeatedly saying that i read the documents i
didnt get any clue. so, please please help me

Before we can do anything with that, you need to tell us more precisely what you
are trying to do. That means:

1) On which plateform are you using Bugzilla? Windows or Linux? Other?
2) The first thing to do when installing or upgrading Bugzilla is to run
checksetup.pl. Have you done this step? If yes, is checksetup.pl complaining? If
yes, could you please give us the *exact* error message?
3) If checksetup.pl does not complain, what action makes this error message to
be displayed? Note that it is a good idea to go to editparams.cgi here to set
your parameters correctly, but *after* checksetup.pl has run successfully!
