Mailermailer.com is a bulk email service. They have a edit window into which you type (or paste) the text of a message to be sent to your list. You can sign up for a free account at www.mailiermailer.com. The bug appears at: https://www.mailermailer.com/manage/msg/tmpledit.mlm?type=freeform&obj=item.1 If you enter text and save it using the update button all is fine but if you then go back into edit mode spaces between various words start dropping out. The following is an example. The first is text I pasted into the window and then saved. The second is they way it appears after going back into edit mode. Publishers Weekly The nitty-gritty grunt work that takes place off the race track, and out of sight in the horse barns where mares are bred and foaled, is the backdrop for Ehrman's absorbing third mystery to feature Steve Cline, a bright and observant young barn manager (after 2003's Dead Man's Touch). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to mailermailer.com 2. Signup for free account 3. Go to create/send 4. Click on 1. Create using template 5. Choose Free-form with Live Edit 6. Click Continue 7. Click on Edit Section next to Enter your HTML here 8. Paste the following into the window: The nitty-gritty grunt work that takes place off the race track, and out of sight in the horse barns where mares are bred and foaled, is the backdrop for Ehrman's absorbing third mystery to feature Steve Cline, a bright and observant young barn manager (after 2003's Dead Man's Touch). 9. Click on Update 10. Click on Edit button again 11. Read the text in the window - spaces will be missing between some words. Actual Results: The nitty-gritty grunt work that takes place off the race track, andout of sight in the horse barns where mares are bred and foaled, is thebackdrop for Ehrman's absorbing third mystery to feature Steve Cline, abright and observant young barn manager (after 2003's Dead Man'sTouch). Expected Results: The nitty-gritty grunt work that takes place off the race track, and out of sight in the horse barns where mares are bred and foaled, is the backdrop for Ehrman's absorbing third mystery to feature Steve Cline, a bright and observant young barn manager (after 2003's Dead Man's Touch). It appears that the bug only manifests itself when there are more than one line of text in the window. When I simply enter a single line and Update and re-edit spaces do not get stripped.
