This error message occurs when installing rev. 1.7.5 and 1.8alpha 6.
It does not occur when installing rev. 1.6

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
If I click on 'OK' 23-25 times the installation will resume.
If you uninstall the older version before installing anew: Does the alert still
appear?

The error message will pop up when you have outdated files or in some cases when
 incompatible extensions or themes are installed.
Version: unspecified → 1.7 Branch
Version: 1.7 Branch → Trunk
Please use a new clean install directory and a new profile. Such reports are
always invalid.
