Passwords don't get filled in until and unless the page and all its images
finish loading. I had assumed there'd already be an open bug on this one, but a
search didn't turn anything up. Is there any way to detect the form controls
during page load and fill them immediately?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save a user name and password at a site
2. Revisit the site
3. Click stop before the images finish loading

Actual Results:  
Passwords don't get filled in.

Expected Results:  
Fill in the name and password as soon as the form is visible.
