When i download any file, i get message: 
<chace_dir>/<temp_file name> can not be saved, because sourcefile could not be read 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on link to file, which mus be saves, e.g.
http://belnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/tortoisecvs/TortoiseCVS-1.8.12-RC3.exe

Actual Results:  
message appears:
<chace_dir>/<temp_file name> can not be saved, because sourcefile could not be read 

Expected Results:  
it should appear "save dialog"
