To clarify, the reporter is talking about dynamically expanding menus that
appear onmouseover in IE and don't appear in Moz.  The following JavaScript
variable is used to determine whether to include the script that triggers the
import for the hierarchical menus:
isMenu = (NS4 || (IE4 && !isMac));
So I think this is pretty clearly a tech evangelism bug (and definitely nothing
to do with menus; a slight bit of confusion w.r.t component lingo, clearly).
