When minimizing Mozilla, or Firefox in a dual monitor configuration (browsers
are on the second monitor) they sometimes jump off of the monitor and disappear,
the taskbar Icon reappears on the first monitor, but without maximizing the
window from the taskbar the browser will not diplay. New browsers created
afterwords appear on the first monitor at a greatly minimized size. Occurance is
about twice a week of heavy web browsing, and occurs without warning. After
resetting browser size no more problems usually occur for several more days.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.minimize the browser 
2.restore the browser to original size and position
3.repeat

Actual Results:  
It doesn't always cause the previously mentioned bug, but does often enough to
be bothersome.
