Every time I reboot my computer I lose my webpage History and bookmarks?

Reproducible: Always
Is Firefox completely (manually) closed before you reboot?
Version: unspecified → 1.0 Branch
Yes, I did check that :(
Can you check if your profile isn't write-protected (open about:cache as URL and
see after Cache Directory: where your profile is stored)?
I do not understand :(
Your profile is normally located at

C:\Documents and Settings\[XP-USERNAME]\Application
Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[PROFILENAME]\[RANDOM-NAME].slt\

Check if the files like bookmarks.html are write-protected.
