When saving html-files on the local net I-ve been using the correct
Swedish/German spelling of words, it works OK in Netscape and in Explorer.
However, since I made Firefox my default browser when clicking an HTML-file I
get the answer "The file XXXX can not be found, check spelling and try again"
(translated from Swedish). I can then send the file to Explorer and it opens nicely.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make firefox your default browser
2.doubble-click an html-file with Scandinavian/German leters in the file-name
3.

Actual Results:
I get the answer "The file XXXX can not be found, check spelling and try again"
(translated from Swedish).

Expected Results:
Open the file - as Netscape and IExplorer does
