Events like WillInsertNode, WillDeleteText are not fired when I use clipboard
commands (paste, cut).

Event WillDeleteText is not fired when I delete selected text.

Reproducible: Always

Event WillDeleteSelection is not called when selection is replaced by node.

In instance I select range and send command by execCommand('bold', false, null).
In this case node will be created and added instead of selected nodes.

1) Select some word and delete selection. You see 'delete selection' message.
You should see 'delete text' message moreover.
2) Paste some word. You should see 'insert text' message.
3) Cut some word. You should see 'delete text' message.
