The unifinder doesn't work anymore. It just doesn't display anything

This patch makes the basic functionality work again.
Still need to make more use of calIDateTime instead of javascript, and need to
reimplement a few things (like only showing the first occurence of an item. If
we actually want that)

I forgot to mention one thing: The unifinder will only be filled when you select
something in the dropdown. The onload observer doesn't get attached yet. There
should be a global calendar or a service to attach to
