Print It! 0.3

This extension allows you to use print and printpreview for the page you are
browsing straight from the context menu.

0.3: This version now allows you to choose what you want in your context menu,
both print preview and print or just one of them. It also has a printpreview
button and a nicer about box ;-)

Since version 0.2.1 it also allows you to print a selection. Select a text
right-click on print, select selection from the print dialog and print your
selection.
