HTML-encoded entities (e.g. with &#xxx;) are displayed as their converted
characters instead of the code when using "Show selection source"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to url
2. Select an odd character (say the Labiodental nasal)
3. Right-click and select "show selection source"

Actual Results:  
displays the Labiodental nasal IPA character

Expected Results:  
displayed ɱ (the actual source code)
