I´m dragging the favicon from the location bar to folders in folders in my
Personal Toolbar. That´s working fine, as long as I don´t want to drop the
bookmark below a groupmark followed by a groupmark, or the groupmark is at the
end of the folder. So if a folder only contains groupmarks, I can´t drop a
bookmark, as I can´t drop bookmarks at the top of the folder.

Same behaviour in Bookmarks Manager, if I drag from the Location Bar. 
If the groupmarks are collapsed, I can drag bookmarks from Bookmark Manager
between or below the groupmarks, but I can´t do this with bookmarks dragged from
the Location Bar.
 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have a folder in a folder containing some groupmarks collapsed in sequence, no
normal bookmarks in between.
2.Drag a favicon from Location bar and try to drop it between two groupmarks,
using Personal Toolbar folders or folders in the Bookmarks Manager.
3.Do the same with a bookmark from Bookmark Manager in Bookmark Manager.

Actual Results:  
can´t drop between Groupmarks.

Expected Results:  
can drop where I want to.
