If I understodd his mail "[sw-tz] Mozilla Localization project" correctly ("I am
currently working with existing people in the team and wish to be registered as
contributor in this project."), this guy just needs to be added to the
contributors list of that team, I guess for the Mozilla suite (SeaMonkey)...
