I noticed that mozilla M13 with fullcircle stops loading on a WinNTSP5 if it encounters the <!- tag (comment?). This is within a table, uncertain if that has any impact. I noticed it on http://www.studenter.hb.se/index.shtml
I see this on m13 milestone, win32. build Id 2000012520. I don't see this with the nightly build from 2000021615 on win32. Looks fixed. I am on winnt sp6.
