User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 All product pages that use an add to cart .js scrpit to not put anything into the shopping cart. Product pages that do not have this script do work. I realize that a bug has been reported that firefox does not put product into shopping cart, but no one has mentioned that it doesn't work when the script is present but does work when the script is not present. I thought this might help you to narrow down your search for a fix. Please fix ASAP as customers using firefox cannot buy my products and I need to pay my mortgage <smile> Oh also,... Product is added to cart using IE and Opera Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click add to cart, box comes up stating that item has been added to cart 2. click review cart 3. Actual Results: Cart is empty no product has been added Expected Results: Software should've added product to shopping cart I feel this is due to firefox having a problem handling the java script used to post product to the cart. Possibly the javascript feature does not work correctly?

I'm getting this same behavior with the shopping cart on the "Memory Configurator" page at HP.com. I have that page saved as the test case. Should I attach it to this bug report or file another bug report? Thanks...

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter. This has not been corrected. What comments would you assume to receive? Is someone ever going to work on this issue?

The URL above works for me using Firefox 2.0.0.3 on Mac OS X and Windows XP. If you're still seeing this issue using Firefox 2.0.0.3 or later with a new profile, please reopen this bug. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager
