When I download a file by firefox, I would like to open it with some
application. And sometime, I want to PASS ARGUMENTS to this application which is
not possible in current firefox.




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open menu "Edit"->"Preferences"->"Downloads"
2. try to change the action to, e.g "m3u" files.
3. can not pass arguments to selected application, e.g, using "beep-media-player
-e" instead "beep-media-player" because I want to enqueue file lists in it.

I'm marking as NEW (there was a DUPEME, but since I couldn't find a bug even
similar, I'll remove that, unless someone can actualy produce a DUPE).
I also edited the Summary to make it clearer, redifined the OS and added some
keywords.

Yes, this is VERY annoying.

There's a saying...if it ain't broke...I hope the UI will not be dumbed down to uselessness in the name of user friendliness because not being able to type in arguments for helpers, or to choose the helper without using a mouse is not friendly at all.
