click browse... in server settings/local directory do nothing

I have 3 mail accounts which work fine but i can't create the 4th...
in the account settings, in server settings, where is no local directory and i 
can't browse to set one ... no effects
when i close and re-open mozilla, the name of the 4th account does not appear
only the icon, i need to change the name of the account and it appear but 
nothing work..

click on browse.. button in the server setting of the mail account does nothing

open a window to select a folder in the filesystem to store the mails
