Only seems to be an issue on Windows 2000 boxes in my experience. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Download Manager 2. Drag mouse over Download Manager 3. Actual Results: CPU usage extreme, every action delayed - left, right clicks, menus, everything. Expected Results: Nothing or responded normally
