Pop ups are essential for this site navigation

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.cordis.lu
2.Point the mouse on any dot along the elipse.


Actual Results:  
No pops appear

Expected Results:  
Each dot, if pointed by the mouse, should show its relevant pop up. You can try
with IE.

I have the default theme. Pop ups are essential for navigation in that site!

The issue here is NOT pop-ups, but mouseovers, changing summary.
OLD summary "at www.cordis.lu pop ups do not appear".

The site is full of document.all -> not a firefox bug but Tech Evang.

Note to web master: document.all doesn't adhere to World Wide Web consortium
standard. By using the approved document.ElementGetById the site will work for
ANY modern browsers, is standards-compliant and future proof.
