Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

Clicking a link on an external app causes it to be loaded into a new tab *in the
last opened window*, which if it does not contain the nav/url/tab bar, the new
becomes hidden.

This has the BAD effect of making end users think they've lost the form data in
the child window, because they cant see that a tab was in fact created, .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.breezeway.tv
2. click 'my profile'
3. in external app (ala Thunderbird), click a link
4. the form is now missing, replaced by the link contents

Actual Results:
This BREAKS web applications severely, and is a possible security issue (hidden
/ unintended page loads (logins, etc) from the user), marking 'major'.

Expected Results:
External apps should ALWAYS open new tabs in the root window, or, the child
window should display the tabs.
