Some of the Bugzilla links go to the wrong bugs.  Also changed one bug from "in
progress" to "completed."

I thought that I had these fixed before.  Crud!

One thing we'll have to change is that the XPath functionality isn't all there,
but I did close out the bug I was referencing so I'll have to link to a new one.

completion and fixed another link that I had wrong.
