The second bulleted list on this page (on the bottom, in bold) does not apprear
in its correct place (as when displayed in IE 6.0). Instead, it is displayed
over the text and images in the center of the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open URL http://national.shibarescue.org/flash/flash.html in IE 6.0 The page
will display correctly. Look at the position of the bulleted list on the bottom.
2. Open the same URL in Firefox 1.0 The bold bulled list is display out of place.

Actual Results:  
The page at URL displays incorrectly (as far as layout goes). Last part of the
page (starting from the second bulleted list, in bold) is displayed over the
first part of the page instead of being below it.

Expected Results:  
The layout should be correct. The bold bulleted list, as well as all the text
following it should be on the bottom.
