282041 - dictionnary search plugin for fr-R is broken

Description

[Pascal Chevrel:pascalc (PTO until August 27)]

Firefox 1.0 fr-FR was released with a dictionary search plugin pointing to
voila.fr online dictionary.

Voila closed its online dictionary last month and the French build is therefore
shipped with a non-functional plugin.

We should take thee opportunity of the 1.0.1 build to update it either with an
alternative service if there is one, or to revert to the EN dictionnary search
plugin
