The Operating System dropdown only lists version 10.0
or OS X and the submit process rejects 10.0
with "A legal OS/Version was not set."

For OS X you have to specify "Other" in order to 
enter the bug.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter a bug for OS X
2. OS dropdown only lists OS X version 10.0
3. submit rejects OS X 10.0
