When I'm composing a new email message at Yahoo I'm able to send only plain text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login an Yahoo email account
2. Compose a new message
3. Only plain text are permitted.



Expected Results:  
It should have appeared the RTF toolbar.
