I cannot export my Personal Address Book. It has 81 addresses. I click on the
address book in the left pane, then select "Export..." from the Tools menu, and
get an error dialog titled "Export Failed" with the following text:

Not enough arguments [nsIAddressBook.exportAddressBook]

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on the address book in the left pane
2.select "Export..." from the Tools menu
3.see error

Actual Results:  
an error dialog titled "Export Failed" with the following text:

Not enough arguments [nsIAddressBook.exportAddressBook]

Expected Results:  
A dialog asking for export preferences

To fix the problem update to the pre-1.7.6 builds.
