282072 - Cannot delete a mail folder if the folder had been created under a folder that used to have a folder under it with the same name.

If a sub-folder is created under another folder has the same name as a folder
that had previously existed there, and was moved, you cannot delete the new
folder.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create a folder under the top level of the account.
2.  Create another folder (#2) under that one.
3.  Create yet another folder under #2, let's call it #3.
4.  Move items into folder #3.
5.  Drag/move folder #3 under a different folder.  The folder and contents    
appear to move properly.
6.  Create another folder under folder #2 with the same name as the previous
folder #3
7.  The folder will create but you can't put anything in it.
8.  Righ-click on new folder #3.
9.  Select "Delete Folder".
10. Answer "OK" to the question about being OK to move selected folder to trash.
11. Nothing happens!!



Actual Results:  
Folder remains, does not delete.

Expected Results:  
Should have "moved" the folder to the trash folder.

Similar problem to bug 65303.
This bug :
  (1) Create a folder
  (2) Move the folder to outside of parent folder
  (3) Resuse folder name on create sub-folder
Bug 65303 :
  (1) Create a folder
  (2) Rename the folder to different one
  (3) Resuse folder name on create sub-folder
Garbage of (1) when step (2) seems to be cause of problem.

Reporter, see what file/directry is created/moved under mail directry at each step.
Check used file name at step (3), by "copy file location"(context menu of the
folder) followed by pasting to text editor.

Confirmes on OS/2 mozilla 1.7.5. I have observed one more thing, If you create
a multilevel mail folders in same way as it was(i.e Now deleted or moved to some
other folder) it is taking a hell lot of time( Timer won't go). After creation
deletion is not possible.

Steps:
1. Create multilevel folders a->b->c in INBOX. 
2. Now delete a. It will go to trash as a->b->c( the whole structure of folders).
3.Try creating folder a then inside a create b. After clicking OK nothing
happens really. Secong click says folder exists. Refresh shows the folder b
inside a. Same thing happens for c also.
4. Try to delete any of these folders. Delete does not work.
