Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Used Thunderbird and Firefon fine untill install of NOD32 antivirus software. Now I get a total system lockup with no discernable pattern except that attempt to use both Firefox and Thunderbird increases the risk substantially, as does using either shortly after loggin on. Exiting the NOD32 control center helps somewhat, but is not a solution. Lockup also occured when Logitech attempted to check for a software update. Only solution is cold reboot by holding power button down. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See above. Actual Results: Entire computer system crashes, no way to access task/process list Expected Results: See above. Also see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=282075 If someone will tell me how to collect memory dumps or whatever I will be happy to provide any further information that I can.
