Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.40607) Build Identifier: When Mozilla starts up, a blue page/Program labeled something like Netscape Quality Agent runs and locks up the PC. Under Ctrl Alt Delete it is seperate from Mozilla. I cannot cancel from the program and I cannot run Mozilla. Also I cannot rum IE explorer and it apears that it changed the Outlook email passwords. I ran the latest virus checker and no viruses. I cant run it to get any more details since it causes too many problems. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Execute mozilla 2. 3. Actual Results: Box appears labeled Netscape Quality Agent ... Then it locks up. Can't cancel the box or run Mozilla
The Netscape Feddback agent only starts if Firefox crashed but you seems to have a general problem with your system. -> invalid (Bugzilla is not for support questions, use the Forum at www.mozillazine.org if you need end-user support)
